This holiday season just got a little less naughty.

Fans of Deadpool (especially those with younger children) will be happy to hear that the Merc with the Mouth is making his return to the big screen this December. For a limited holiday engagement, Wade Wilson will entertain audiences around the country in 20th Century Fox’s latest film, Once Upon a Deadpool.

As Ryan Reynolds explained to Deadline, “Fox has been asking for a PG-13 [version of Deadpool] basically since the start in 2006. I’ve said no since 2006. Now, this one time, I said ‘yes’ on two conditions.”

To satisfy Reynolds’ first request, 20th Century Fox agreed to donate $1 of every ticket sold to the charity traditionally known as “F**K Cancer”. In the spirit of PG-13, the charity also agreed to change its name to “Fudge Cancer” during the film’s release.

Reynolds’ second condition was slightly more interesting. “I want to kidnap Fred Savage,” Reynolds shared with Deadline. While this may have seemed like a daunting task, fans of Deadpool know that his persuasive charms can’t be resisted and Savage agreed to join Reynolds for new scenes in the film crafted as an homage to his starring role in The Princess Bride.
