The Wii Fit Trainer, one of the instructors in the Wii Fit games, was unveiled as a new playable character in Nintendo’s upcoming Super Smash Bros. title. Project director Masahiro Sakurai showed off her moves during Nintendo’s E3 media showcase and told the audience that her moves “are quite healthy for her”. She will have yoga attacks, special poses, and other exercise techniques in her moveset. Wii Fit Trainer joins Animal Crossing Villager and Mega Man who will also make their playable debut.
The new Super Smash Bros. game is in development for Wii U and 3DS and is slated for release in 2014.
