I don’t know about you, but I love the ability to play the army of Gamecube titles I have, as well as even more ancient SNES and NES titles via Virtual Console on my Wii.‚ This is great and all, but in terms of authenticity, especially when playing Super Mario 64, it just doesn’t feel right with a Gamecube controller.
Enter the 3 in 1 Retro Adapter.‚ This doohickey allows you to connect your NES, SNES and N64 controllers, in all their plastic glory, to your Wii, via the useful Gamecube port.
Obviously this dongle will be useless if you’ve misplaced your old controllers, but for those of us who haven’t, is a very exciting way to relive past gaming glory in total authenticity.
