The full setlist for the upcoming LEGO-themed Rock Band project surfaced today, naming 45 tunes ranging from Tom Petty to Vampire Weekend, to Jimi Hendrix and Queen as songs you’ll be rocking to come November.

What’s interesting about LEGO: Rock Band is that gamers looking to purchase additional songs from the Music Store will only find songs “identified to be suitable for all ages,” as the press release said.

“Those cleared songs are the only tracks that will appear within the LEGO Rock Band store for purchase. The LEGO Rock Band store will continually highlight any new family-friendly tunes that can be played across the Rock Band platform as they are released for Rock Band. ”

Censorship? In video games no less? Really? I’m interested to see where the line is drawn from “suitable” to not.

Additionally, all 45 tunes on the LEGO: Rock Band disc can be downloaded to your Rock Band or Rock Band 2 library for $10.

Here’s the full list of songs coming to LEGO: Rock Band November 10 for Wii, PS3, Xbox 360 and DS.
