The Game Design Workshop will be comprised of lectures, seminars, and hands-on projects teaching students the ins and outs of the developmental process.
Areas of study in the course include game design, programming, visual art, animation, sound design, and writing as well as “historical and critical understanding of games as cultural objects.”
The program begins June 29th and meets every Monday and Wednesday from 1-4PM.‚ Non-NYU students are encouraged to sign up early as space is limited.
