TMZ reported Monday that Charlie Sheen is going to appear in court Tuesday to make a personal plea to the judge to award him full custody of his twin kids Bob and Max.
Also, the source said, Sheen feels so strongly about getting both physical and legal custody of the twins as well as there’s some message he wants to deliver personally to the judge.
With his lawyer, Mark Gross, Sheen will argue that Brooke Mueller won’t be a good fit for their kids, given that Mueller had re-entered drug rehab after reportedly being seen trying to sell a watch and a stereo at a Los Angeles-area pawn shop recently. It is reported that she is receiving $55,000 a month in child support and the twins are being taken card of by her mother and family.
According to E! News, Sheen commented about Mueller and her behavior, “I told her, don’t pick a fucking fight with a warlock because you’re going to lose.”
