Remember that pretty cool Star Wars Kinect demo Microsoft showed off during this year’s E3? Remember how excited everyone got that a possible core game was coming to the platform? Remember how it wasn’t released with the launch lineup last year? Yeah, you’re going to be waiting a really long time.
In a recent interview with the BBC, Kinect’s lead designer Kudo Tsunoda mentioned that the two games he’s most looking forward to are an upcoming Forza project and the Star Wars game — then he dropped the bomb that gamers were hoping they wouldn’t hear.
“We have a Kinect Star Wars game coming out for next holiday,the designer said. “I’ve seen a bunch of the game and it’s super compelling. Another one next year is Forza.”
