The Sabotuer is a World War 2 action game that aims to distance itself from the slew of titles depicting the era (we’re looking at you Mr. Call of Duty man) by inviting gamers to an open-world France, and allowing them to experience the war not as a soldier in the army, but rather as an individual hell-bent on vengeance.

What’s more, The Saboteur takes full advantage of a stylized black and white color scheme to help breathe some fresh air into the lungs of what many are calling a *tired WW2 game genre.*

The news today? Electronic Arts set a release date for the sandbox game, naming December 8 the glorious day for Xbox 360, PS3, PC owners hoping to find them some lovin’ in a French whore-house, or is Brothel the more correct name?
