A judge ruled against the twins who waged the legal battle against Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg, made famous by the movie “The Social Network,” on Wednesday, ending the case.
Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss originally agreed to a $65 million settlement in 2008, but then tried to undo the deal.
The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled against the duo and they denied a trip to the U.S. Supreme Court.
Their stock is now worth more than $100 million, according to Boston.com.
