Boston’s popular jazz club The Beehive is transforming into a Quebec-style “sugar shack” (or “cabane à sucre” if you want to be authentic) for one sweet night.
The event, taking place on March 7, will feature a three course family-style feast served at communal tables, live music from award-winning artists, and an advanced release of Harpoon Brewery’s limited batch Catamount Maple Wheat Ale. Guests will enjoy authentic “sugar shack” cuisine with a twist from chef Alexandre Loiseau of Montreal’s Bistro Cocagne and The Beehive’s resident celebrity chef, Rebecca Newell.
