Call of Duty: Classic comes to Xbox Live Dec. 2

Nov. 30, 2009

Call of Duty: Classic, the original, and the basis for where the hell we are today, will come to Xbox Live this Wednesday, Dec. 2, in all its multiplayer glory.

Developed by Infinity Ward (hey, we know those guys and gals!) back in 2003, this first installment poured the cement foundation for now what is arguably the most popular, and definitely the most profitable series, ever.

It’ll run you 1200 MS Points, or $15, but if you purchased the Hardened or Prestige Edition of Modern Warfare 2, you already have the game.

To me that price seems a bit high, but, it has the words “Duty” and “Call” in it, so, through a system we now know to be pure fact, it’ll sell real well.
