The first photo featuring the full primary cast of Scream 4 has debuted, in anticipation to this weekend’s SCREAM 2010 awards on Spike. It is the second official photo from the upcoming horror sequel; the first is also attached.
Scream 4 comes more 11 years after the last installment in the successful horror franchise. After an initial holdout, Neve Campbell agreed to return last year, reprising her lead role as Sydney Prescott, the target in each of the first three films. Of course, how long she will stick around in the film is unknown; Jamie Lee Curtis famously reprised her classic role as Laurie Strode in Halloween 8, only to be killed off by Michael Myers in the opening scene.
