Electronic Arts recently released a video walkthrough trailer for the PC version of next week’s “Battlefield: Bad Company 2,” showing off all the reasons why PC gamers have major edges over the console faithful.

The PC version of the game trumps the console iteration in many ways, as the video points out. It has tabbed menus, supports dual monitors, its UI has been built “from the ground up” for mouse navigation and its multiplayer extends to 32 players (24 on the console) and allows for some very slick lighting effects provided you’ve got DirectX11.

Good to see DICE staying true to its PC origins. I’ve always wanted a capable PC gaming rig and might seriously consider it for my next purchase. Prices are coming down(ish), right?
