Want to be one of the first people to get their hands on the Nintendo Switch? You better head to the Big Apple.

Nintendo announced via tweet this morning that pre-orders for their next home console will begin “while supplies last” at their New York City store this Friday, Jan. 13.

Doors might open at 9 a.m., but I can guarantee that people are lining up out there as your read this. The announcement comes on the eve of Nintendo’s press conference, which will stream live on Jan. 12 at 11 p.m. EST from Tokyo and give us a much better look at the upcoming console, including pricing and a solid release date.

Friday also marks the beginning of the Switch’s trans-american tour, in which the console will travel across the country for fans to get their hands on it. The stops are as follow, per Polygon:

New York – Jan. 13-15
Toronto – Jan. 27-29
Washington, D.C. – Feb. 10-12
Chicago – Feb. 17-19
San Francisco – Feb. 24-26
Los Angeles – March 3-5

Nintendo’s Switch has been making news since its announcement a few months ago. While both rival console manufacturers have released a mid-season upgrade for their systems, Nintendo opted to make a brand new system altogether. The unorthodox control style and supposed portability will hopefully set it apart from the competition when it releases later this year.
