This past Tuesday BioWare released its Mass Effect 3 Extended Cut DLC that gave players an extra 1.8 GB of complimentary cut-scenes, choices, but more importantly, some closure. Fans weren’t happy with the game’s similar multicolored endings, and BioWare hopes the added content lets them sleep better at night.

Today BioWare continues its giving mood and is releasing the Extended Cut soundtrack free of charge. It may only be seven tracks consisting of 16 minutes of soft, powerful music, but at least it’s free and can be played before bed to make you dream of future missions alongside your Commander Shepard. You can download the free tracks by Mass Effect veteran composer Sam Hulick at BioWare’s Social Network site.
