Looks like the lawsuit which pitted former Infinity Ward heads and Modern Warfare creators Jason West and Vince Zampella won’t be heading to court after all, as reports are now coming in that both parties have agreed to a settlement.
The news broke by Polygon’s Michael McWhertor via a tweet and was confirmed by L.A. Times Reporter Ben Fritz, who claims that he has received confirmation from both sides of the disagreement. Fritz tweeted that the details are being kept hush-hush and that “”all parties have reached a settlement in the dispute, the terms of which are strictly confidential” is the agreed upon party line quote.”
