98 Degrees singer Justin Jeffre was arrested on Sunday while protesting at the Cincinnati chapter of the Occupy Wall Street movement.

The pop star pleaded not guilty to trespassing charges after he and 11 others were taken into custody at Fountain Square at 3 a.m., which is after the park’s closing time.  The group was also charged with unlawful use of a public space.

In recent years, Jeffre has become an activist in Cincinnati and is noted for is work in the media reform movement.
