NEW HAVEN — Two Quinnipiac University basketball players were arrested after a fight in campus that left two other student injured.

Police were called around 3 a.m. Sunday.

Ike Azotam, 20, of Boston and James Johnson, 21, of Laurelton, N.Y., were arrested and are accused of hitting other students who were trying to break up the fight, Hamden, Conn. police said. Two students were treated for facial injuries.

Both basketball players face third-degree assault charges and breach of peace. They were released on $5,000 bond.
