A single-vehicle crash left two men with serious injuries early this morning, according to State Police and the Suffolk County District Attorney.

State Troopers found a white Infinity in flames on the median near the Storrow Drive off-ramp to Kenmore Square at 4:15 a.m. this morning.  Two men, the 27 year-old driver and his 29 year-old brother, from North Andover were in the car, and police could not get them out immediately.

The Boston Fire Department put out the blaze and removed the men from the car using the Jaws of Life.

The operator was taken to Massachusetts General Hospital and the passenger to Brigham and Women’s Hospital.  Both men were in critical condition, suffering from burn and trauma injuries, but are now reported to be in stabilized condition.

State Police are still investigating the cause of the crash.
