The update scheduled for this month that would have given the Nintendo 3DS a web browser and e-shop among other new features has been delayed.

According to the company, the update will hit North America on June 6, and Japan on June 7th.  This can’t sit well with gamers who purchased a 3DS and are eagerly awaiting something new from the system.

Of course, the new launch lineup is right in the middle of E3, in fact — it’s the day before their press conference. Interesting…
