A week after a successful debut, “Body of Proof” has had to weak performances, though its Tuesday airing (2.4 demo, 11 million viewers) wasn’t as bad as Sunday’s. If it stays at these levels, its sure to see a second season; if it falls to a 2.0 or below it may be a goner.

“The Good Wife” rose from series lows to a 2.0 in the demo and 10.5 million viewers. While “Wife” may have been safe due to its critical acclaim and consistently winning its timeslot, if it continues to fall in second in viewers and the demo, its far more likely to get canceled.

“NCIS” was the night’s top program with a 3.6 in the demo and 18.8 million viewers, but the 9 pm hour was weak, with the “Dancing with the Stars” results show winning the hour with a 3.1 demo, down considerably from its previous airing.

“No Ordinary Family” quietly ended its first (and likely only) season on an up note, to  a 1.5 in the demo.
