TMZ reported Thursday that Lindsay Lohan’s probation report says she’s been drinking fermented tea that contains alcohol even though is currently prohibited from drinking alcohol.
According to the source, Lohan was drinking Kombucha tea, which has an alcohol content of 0.5% or less.
She was actually photographed holding a bottle of Kombucha tea when leaving an alcohol education class last year.
The infraction has been added to her probation report by the L.A. County Probation Department, and will affect a decision that a judge will make regarding whether or not Lohan has violated her probation agreement.
