According to TMZ, Brittany Murphy’s house will be auctioned off tomorrow. It is the house, 8,000 square feet on 1.29 acres, both Brittany Murphy and her husband Simon Monjack died, and it is located in the Hollywood Hills. After the actress died in December 2009, Murphy’s mother Sharon put the home on the market with an asking price of $7.25 million in March 2010 but she decided to pull the house off the market in April. Seven weeks later, Murphy’s husband, Monjack, was found dead in the home.
According to the source, $4,035,666.92 is still owed on the home and an auction is set for Monday morning at 10:30 a.m. at the courthouse in Pomona, Calif.
