According to TMZ, Dawn Holland, a staffer at the Betty Ford Center in California, claims Lindsay Lohan assaulted and injured her last month after allegedly violating her curfew. The Riverside County District Attorney believes Lohan violated her probation in the altercation with the staffer. In addition, if the Beverly Hills judge who’s handling her case agrees, Lohan could go back to jail.
Although Holland has since been fired by Betty Ford and notified authorities that she had no interest in pursuing a criminal case, the Riverside PD now says the case will be still submitted to the District Attorney because the actress might have committed a battery and therefore violated her probation when she is supposed to obey all laws as one of the terms of probation suggests.
The file on the case will be forwarded to the L.A. County Probation Office by the Riverside PD.
