Warner Bros Interactive is confirming this morning that its upcoming Mortal Kombat reboot will be hitting the PS3 and Xbox 360 in April of 2011. The publisher also confirmed that the game will release in three separate editions, standard, Kollectors (Oh, I see what you did there) and tournament.

The Kollectors Edition will ship with Sub-Zero and Scorpion figures, an art book, as well as a DLC token for classic (or would that be Klassic?) costumes as well as some exclusive avatar gear

The tournament edition comes with a portable fight stick and is limited to only 20,000 copies.

As confirmed at the Spike TV VGAs last weekend, Kratos from the God of War series will be an exclusive to the PS3 version of the game
