According to Us Magazine, Lindsay Lohan’s lawyer says a RadarOnline report claiming the actress, 23, tried to “escape” rehab for Coca-Cola is “absurd and untrue.”
Talking to TMZ, attorney Shawn Chapman Holley says she chatted with Lohan’s counselors Wednesday at the Betty Ford Clinic and no one made mention of any attempt by the actress violating rehab rules.
“The counselor gave Lindsay an unqualified glowing report on her progress,” Holley commented.
Lohan is considered to stay in rehab until an October 22 hearing to answer to a failed drug test while on probation in a DUI case.
