Boston police have arrested a Dorchester man in New Hampshire and charged him in connection with the brutal quadruple fatal shooting in Mattapan, according to The Boston Globe.

Kimani Washington, 35, had not been charged with murder but has been charged with unlawful possession of a firearm and ammunition, and receiving a stolen motor vehicle. Additional charges may be pending. He was found in a Manchester apartment complex.

Authorities also formally confirmed the names of the victims, who were gunned down around 1:15 a.m. on Tuesday

Authorities also confirmed the identities of the deceased, all of whom suffered fatal gunshot wounds on Woolson Street in Mattapan shortly before 1:15 a.m. on Sept. 28. They are:

  • Eyanna Louise Flonory, 21, of Dorchester
  • Her 2-year-old son, Amanihotep Smith
  • Simba Martin, 21, of Dorcheste
  • Lavaughan Washum-Garrison, 22, of Roslindale

The fifth man, age 32 and from Dorchester, was seriously injured and remains hospitalized. His name has not been released.
