Star Wars: Clone Wars Adventures, a free-to-play browser-based virtual world based on the Star Wars: The Clone Wars TV show, is now available to play at www.CloneWarsAdventures.com. Clone Wars Adventures, developed and published by Sony Online Entertainment, is a family-friendly game where players are able to battle alongside fan favorite Star Wars characters such as Anakin Skywalker, Obi-Wan Kenobi, and others.

Clone Wars Adventures is aimed to serve as the ultimate virtual destination for fans of the TV series; players will be able to play a variety of minigames such as Droid Programming or Speeder Bike Racing, as well as participate in daily activities, events, and competitions. New content will be updated following new episodes of the TV series so that the game can be “seamlessly integrated” with the show.

Clone Wars Adventures is authentic, easily accessible and action-packed,” said Mary Bihr, Global VP of Publishing, LucasArts. “We look forward to working with SOE to enrich the Clone Wars Adventures experience with new content as the TV series progresses.”

While Clone Wars Adventures will be free-to-play, like many other browser games it will feature a subscription level known as a Jedi Membership for $5.99 a month, in addition to offering players items such as legendary Star Wars outfits that will be available though micro-transactions using Station Cash, SOE’s virtual currency.
