It’s about time for an upbeat celebrity story, isn’t it?

It has been three months since “Dexter” front man Michael C. Hall announced his battle with Hodgkin’s lymphoma and that he was undergoing treatments for the illness.

Subsequent reports had him pegged as optimistic, describing his illness as "eminently treatable and curable". And today, we are happy to report that his wife, and “Dexter” co-star Jennifer Carpenter (pictured with Hall at right after his Golden Globe win) announced to the Associated Press that his treatments are finished, he has fully recovered and is safe to return to work.

Even if you aren’t a “Dexter” fan (Season 5 is rumored to be premiering on Showtime in September 2010), we’re sure you can appreciate his health success story. Congratulations to Hall on his recovery and much luck in the upcoming season.
