Today’s announcement of the next in the expanding Ghost Recon series came with little fanfare. Sure, we knew of Ghost Recon: Future Soldier’s existence, but we’re gamers, and we need videos to get excited, don’t we?
Not to worry, as Ubisoft followed through and released a teaser-trailer for the game this afternoon. It doesn’t delve too deep into what to expect from the game and is shrouded with mystery, but anticipation is an emotion gamers should be used to.
Its tagline of “the soldier of tomorrow must rise” is pretty intriguing, flashes of varying environments zip in and out and mentions of Russia, Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia, Norway, Germany and Poland lead us to believe the game will take place somewhere in Europe.
