PARK CITY, Utah — When “Entourage” star Adrian Grenier realized he was being chased one day by a 13-year-old paparazzo, he astounded. In fact, he was so amazed that such a young person could be doing such an adult job that he turned the camera on the kid, creating a documentary that premiered last week at Sundance called “Teenage Paparazzo.” Grenier spoke with Blast about the difficulties of documentary filmmaking and about the relationship he eventually developed with this young upstart.
