Oprah, Brangelina, Wyclef and Paris Hilton are just a few celebs inspiring others to help earthquake victims in the extremely poor nation of Haiti. According to MSNBC, the stars have used their fame to spread awareness and raise cash.

Brangelina said in a statement published on JustJared.com: "We are devastated by the news from Haiti. We will work closely with our good friend Wyclef Jean to support the humanitarian efforts on the island and help those who have been injured and left without homes and shelter."

There’s a long list of celebrities who are speaking out on Twitter, including Lindsay Lohan, Ashton Kutcher, and Nicole Ritchie, according to The Ministry of Gossip blog. The blog is posting information and support links for their followers to visit.

The main charities celebs are backing include Wyclef’s Yele Haiti Foundation, Artists for Peace and Justice, UNICEF, and the Red Cross, reports the LA Times.
