Xbox Live Community Manager Larry “Major Nelson” Hryb, the man with quite possibly the best job ever, released information on the most-popular Xbox Live titles of the entire year 2009 today.
The lists are based upon connectivity figures and show the top twenty in each category, those being Xbox 360, Arcade, Original Xbox, Indie Games, and even Windows Live goodies.
Anyone surprised to see Halo 3 at the top? I’m not, but if you are, remember that everyone who bought ODST (millions and millions) and popped in the multiplayer disc were counted as Halo 3 (not ODST) players.
