The list:

  1. Fort Wayne
  2. Madison, Wis.
  3. Arlington, Va.
  4. Washington
  5. Chandler, Ariz.
  6. Bakersfield , Calif.
  7. Durham, N.C.
  8. Lincoln, Neb.
  9. Boston
  10. Chicago

Boston came in at No. 9 from scores tabulated from thousands of users filling out surveys this year. Factors counted included noise, safety and maintenance.
