Electronic Arts today launched a Need For Speed: NITRO application on the uber-popular social-networking site Facebook, so that when you’re not playing the game on your Wii and sit down to stalk check up on friends, you can get your racing fix.
Now, as a rule, I don’t install any apps on my Facebook account in an effort to stay clutter-free, but, according to word from EA this morning, the application is a mini social game where enthusiasts can pick a car, and race against friends for “cash, street cred, and bragging rights.”
Best of all, every car from the Wii version is available in the App and so is every city, and most tracks!
