Who knew that the trick to better sex for women was … balls? That’s right: regular old kegel exercises are a thing of the past thanks to some new Australian gadgets.

Meet your two new friends: the stainless steel vaginal barbell called the PelviBar, which looks like a funky stainless steel dildo and has three levels of increasing challenge to those ever-so-important pelvic floor muscles, and PelviWeights, a mini version of something you might see someone lifting at a gym. The PelviWeights are meant to be externally attached to …ahem… vaginal balls, exercise accessories for you-know-where.

So what’s the big deal? The products intend to help women and their partners get more pleasure from sex, but that’s not all: the Pelvic Floor Exercise website claims that strengthening the pelvic floor muscles can also help with incontinence and preparing for and recovering from giving birth. Oh, and the PelviBar is dishwasher-safe.

The PelviWeights are based on a method used by a Russian mom who has earned the Guinness Book of World Records’ title as the proud owner of the worlds strongest vagina. She claims to be able to lift over 30 pounds with her vag! Incredible? Yes. But not impossible! Get started, ladies!

These and other pelvic muscle exercise products can be found here.
