You’re favorite fashion reality television show, Project Runway, is becoming a video game and Atari is publishing it.

An entire line of games are planned actually, but the first in the series will release on, you guessed it, the Nintendo Wii. Tornado Studios, makers of mass-market casual games, are handling the development duties, but the press release made no mention of who’s making the games for the other systems or when they’re releasing. But I feel a DS version is 110% likely.

The game will feel like the show in that “players will be presented with different challenges as they create designs and adorn models with hair, make-up, and accessories.”

“The opportunity for Project Runway, the quintessential fashion brand and a pop culture phenomenon, is huge in the video game segment” said Wilson, “Consumers will have the opportunity to not only exercise their creativity as an up and coming fashion designer, but also enjoy the fun of walking the runway on the Wii balance board.

Additionally, a Variety report revealed that the likenesses of hosts Tim Gunn and Heidi Klum will appear in the game and the Wii Balance board and Remote will be used to play the game.

Any out there looking forward to this game?
