Infinity Ward, maker of Modern Warfare 2, today revealed that their insanely hyped and greatly awaited shooter will not get the demo treatment leaving thirsty gamers out of the fray until November.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare had a demo for the general public back in 2007, and was wildly popular, but Activision and Infinity Ward are instead focusing on polish for the sequel, and we can’t really fault them for it.

Infinity Ward, on Twitter said there are “no [plans] for a Demo before launch”, because “the entire team is focused on polish all the way up to ship of the full game”

Looks like no access before November 10 for anyone besides Infinity Ward. Bummer. But we did find 8 minutes of incredible campaign footage. Have you seen it?
