A Los Angeles Times report today revealed that Batman: Arkham Asylum, the wondrous next-gen tale of the Caped Crusader, has sold a whopping 2,000,000 copies since it released in late August, the 25th to be exact.

The third-person action adventure game from developer Rocksteady and published by Warner Bros. won critical acclaim from nearly every outlet imaginable, including our own, where we pegged the title at a 9.5 earning it our prestigious and limited Editor’s Choice Award.

Looks like we finally have a great DC Comics game. Hooray for the Batman!
