World at War dethrones Halo 3 as king of Xbox Live

For the week ending August 10 the online video gaming masses on Xbox Live chose Treyarch’s “Call of Duty: World at War” over Bungie’s “Halo 3.” New maps and zombie Nazi’s are likely the cause of the game’s surging popularity, but with a full-on Halo expansion due out in less than a month in the form of ODST, I believe it’s more than safe to assume Halo-heads will soon see their game back on top.
