EA has announced that Randy Couture will co-headline EA Sports MMA with Fedor Emelianenko. It is fitting that Couture, who is a five-time MMA champion, should be one of the headliners of the game. Another high profile fighter to join the roster is Jay “The Thoroughbred” Hieron, one of three fighters being sponsored by EA Sports in the Strikeforce fighting even. The fighters being sponsored are Jay Hieron, Gegard Mousasi and Renato Sobral. EA Sports MMA is shaping up to be one of the most authentic and intensely broad mixed martial arts games to date. It will feature top fighters and fighting styles from around the world and will soon be gracing the Xbox 360 and PS3 systems.
