Richard Hatch, the notoriously naked winner of first season of “Survivor,” will not be allowed to star in the 10th anniversary edition of the show, the New York Daily News reported.
In 2006, Hatch was convicted of failing to pay the taxes on his $1 million winnings of the CBS reality show. After 3 years in a federal prison, he was moved to home confinement for 90 days. That’s not yet up, but Hatch requested to end the confinement early to travel to Samoa for the anniversary show.
No such luck for the naked tax-dodger, though. His request was denied by U.S. District Judge William Smith and he will remain in his Newport, R.I. home.
