Harmonix adds to the perpetually growing catalog of Rock Band DLC tunes next week with a six pack from Alice Cooper and a triple shot from emo-rockers Taking Back Sunday.

Interestingly, four of the six from Cooper are live tracks, which are almost always more difficult than studio cuts. “Schools Out” is a highlight for me, and maybe you too, as college campuses and grade schools are shutting down for the summer in the impending weeks.

Rounding out the Rock Band DLC for the week of 5/19 is the downright catchy and vocal-heavy alt group Taking Back Sunday with three tracks off the groups’ 2006 album “Makedamsure.”

Alice Cooper 6 Pack

“Under My Wheels” (Live)
“I’m Eighteen” (Live)
“Billion Dollar Babies” (Live)
“School’s Out” (Live)
“Poison”
“Vengeance is Mine”

Taking Back Sunday 3 Pack

“What’s It Feel Like to Be a Ghost?”
“Liar”
“MakeDamnSure”

Tunes go on sale in their respective in-game music stores next Tuesday (Xbox 360 + Wii) and Thursday (PS3) individually priced at $1.99/160 MS Points a track or $9.99/800 MS Points for the Alice Cooper Pack 01 and $5.49/440 MS Points for the Taking Back Sunday 01 Pack.

their new single “Everything Must Go” is really good… I wish it was going to be on Rock Band..really loving what I’ve heard so far off their new album!!

    Paul,
Definitely agree with you on throwing in an old TBS song…”Cute Without The E, Cut from The Team” would’ve been cool to play.
