Guitar Hero World Tour, the best selling full band-game on the market is finally being ported to PC for non-console gamers to enjoy.

World Tour is being ported by Aspyr, the same team that handled porting duties of Guitar Hero 3, and Aerosmith, both titles that weren’t huge successes.

World Tour PC hits retail this summer in June bundled with a single guitar, every song found in the console version and the song creation studio.‚  The ability to purchase DLC has not been confirmed and the previous iteration was stripped of the ability.

Drummers looking to make some noise will have to shell out the big bucks for a compatible rig, as the PS3 version is the only compatible model.‚  Yodelers have it easier however, as any USB microphone will work just fine with World Tour PC.

World Tour PC will ship with the same PC requirements as Legends of Rock, so if you upgraded your gaming rig in the past year you should be more than alright to rock the living room, or I guess the bathroom on a laptop?
