Fox 29 News in Philadelphia reports that Philadelphia District Attorney Lynne Abraham will hold a press conference on Tuesday at 11 A.M. and is expected to disclose the results of the investigation of an April North Philly shooting. The shooting occurred in the Brewerytown section of Philadelphia where one person was shot by someone else…with a gun owned by Colts wide receiver Marvin Harrison.

Harrison is a Philly native and owns several businesses in the area, including the car wash where the gun was eventually recovered. We should know on Tuesday afternoon the extent to which Harrison was involved. If he was involved in the shooting as he was in the Colts offense this year, he should be cleared of all wrong doing.

UPDATE: Abraham announced that there is not sufficient evidence to prosecute Harrison.
