Great catch by Gawker Wednesday after a Bloomberg editor accidently pushed the “go” button, sending a pre-prepared obituary of Apple founder Steve Jobs.

Bloomberg quickly retracted the obituary, but the damage was done Aug. 27

(Bloomberg) — An incomplete story referencing Apple Inc. was inadvertently published by Bloomberg News at 4:27 p.m.
