The “D” in Sammy D. does not stand for “details,” apparently. As in, the detail that his business partners didn’t actually have the rights to license products and merchandise for “Speed Racer,” despite the Philadelphia 76ers center investing more than a million dollars in the project back in 2006.

Well, the seven-footer wants some money back and, according to TMZ.com, is filing a lawsuit to recoup more than $50,000 from a New York City design studio.
