It was some time ago when Chef Arnond Sreesuvan (R-NON SREE-SUE-VON) of Pho Republique began his love affair with food in Cha ChoEng Sao, Thailand.
Born to a family of farmers and restaurateurs, it was his dream to come to America and share both his passion and mastery of Asian cuisine.
From April 13-15, Chef Arnond, and Pho Republique, will be celebrating Songkran (à¸ªà¸‡à¸à¸£à¸²à¸™à¸•à¹Œ), the three-day Thai New Year Festival of his homeland. Guests of the restaurant during these three days will be treated to the additional option of celebrating with a special Pre Fixe Songkran Supper menu including dessert and a traditional Thai water blessing! The Pre Fixe Menu is as follows:

Yellow noodles in yellow curry with pickle vegetables topped with crispy noodles

Banana and Coconut cake with Thai basil Ice cream (followed by Water Blessing)
