When I opened it, it fired right up. not hard to figure out how to use it either. Do think <a href="http://astore.amazon.com/navigon-2100-max-20" rel="nofollow">navigon 2100 max</a> could of included better instructions, but through trial and error I had it mastered within a few hours.
