<description>Hi Mike- this is Sabrina from Palo Alto Software, the makers of Email Center Pro. I noticed that you did not mention anything about team collaboration or templates when reviewing ECP. The service is not intended to replaces your personal email like you suggest (preble.m@blastmagazine.com) it is actually intended to be a system to help handle customer&#039;s incoming email. It is to help a business manage email like info@, sales@, help@, customerservice@, partners@ etc. You can set all these emails up in ECP and then let your team access them and collaborate with each other using notes, templates and the ability to assign and track emails. It really is not a replacement for GMAIL but instead a very low cost email response system for small businesses. Compared to everything else in the market in this space our solution is MUCH MUCH more cost effective. But if you are just looking at a web-based system for your me@mycompany.com email then ECP is probably not for you.
Thanks for taking the time to review the product!
